出賣人：合同編號(hào)：11
買受人：簽訂地點(diǎn)：
第一條：標(biāo)的名稱、型號(hào)、生產(chǎn)廠家、數(shù)量、金額：簽訂時(shí)間：2007年 9月21 日 第二條：質(zhì)量標(biāo)準(zhǔn)：按雙方所簽訂的技術(shù)協(xié)議為質(zhì)量標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。
第三條：出賣人對(duì)質(zhì)量負(fù)責(zé)的條件及期限：對(duì)非人為因素所造成的故障自驗(yàn)收合格日起保修12個(gè)月。
